Purpose of processing
Personal data are collected directly, or trough third to create a supplier register, necessary for the authority, to purchase goods and services, e will not be transferred to third persons.

Compulsory or optional nature of data conferring
Processing of compulsory data required in the on-line form, for the indicated aims, are necessary and essential for the collecting itself.

Subjects to whom data can be transferred and field of diffusion of data
According to the above indicated purposes, personal data can be communicated and/or diffused  to local government or authority in Italy, Europe, or Worldwide, depending on the circumstances,  if required by Law.

Method of processing
All data collected by the Company or by its delegated, are processed manually or by computer, according to the purpose they are assigned. Processing intends consultation, elaboration, comparison, interconnection, communication/diffusion, anyway preserving safety and confidential nature according to law 675/96.

Data nature
All data we collect and process are necessary  for all fulfilment imposed by law, for services supplying, for continuation and  cessation of commercial/contractual relations.

Rights of interested
In relation to the above mentioned processing, user is entitled to Know, cancel, update, rectify, or complete all personal data recorded according to art. 13 of law 675/96.

The bearer of processing is guarantor for protection of personal data and his Head Office is in Via Brianza n. 5/E  - Oriago di Mira (VE).

Article 13 (rights of interested)
1. In relation of personal data processing, user is entitled to:
a) be aware of the existence of processing data that could concern him, through  free access at the register mentioned in art. 31, subsection 1. letter a);
b) To be aware of what mentioned in art. 7, subsection 4 letters a), b) and h);
c) To obtain, from the responsible without delay:
1) confirmation of the existence of personal data that concern him, even if  not recorded yet. The communication in intelligible way of these data, their origin together with the logic and purpose of processing. Enquiry can be repeated, unless the existence of justified reasons, with not less than 90 days interval;
2) Cancellation, transformation in anonymity, or block of data processed not according to the law, including also those for which conservation is not necessary in relation to the purpose they have been collected and processed;
3) Update, rectification and, if interested, completing of data;
4) Notification that operations indicated at points 2) and 3) have been communicated also to those whom personal data were diffused except in the event that notification is impossible or requires means  out of proportion to the right protected;
d) to oppose  in all or in part, for legitimate reasons to processing of personal data, even if pertinent to the aims of collection;
e) To oppose in all or in part, to personal data processing for marketing reasons, for direct sell, or for sending of commercial communications and to be informed by the responsible to be entitled of this right for free, immediately after the diffusion of data.
2. For each enquiry mentioned at subsection 1. letter c) point 1), it could be asked to the interested, if there are not data concerning him, a contribution for the costs incurred according to limits indicated in the requirements (art. 33, subsection 3).
3. Rights mentioned at subsection 1. referring to data concerning deceased persons, can be  exercised by anyone who may be interested.
4. To exercise right mentioned at subsection 1., the interested person can delegate in writings third persons or associations.
5. Requirements concerning professional secrecy for journalists,  limited to source of information,  will be respected.

I hereby expressly declare that I examined the informative and the above mentioned text of the art. N. 13 of the Law 675/96. I express my consent to the processing of Company data , by the authority or Companies delegated, according to the purposes indicated in the informative.
